Join us on Silver Whisper to Bermuda and the Lesser Antilles

We are delighted to have been selected by Virtuoso to host this Voyager Club sailing on the exquisite 382-passenger Silver Whisper as she sails from New York to Bermuda and through the Caribbean to Barbados on October 22nd , 2012 – when the temperatures start to drop, extend your summer on this fabulous itinerary
We invite you to join us on this very special voyage. Let your thoughts drift to balmy breezes, swaying palms and brilliant blue skies. Sail off with us on Silversea to spell-binding Bermuda and on to some of the most captivating ports of call in the West Indies. Along with lazy days of sunning and swimming on powdery white sands, the islands of St. Barths, Antigua, Dominica, Bequia and Barbados all offer local cultural and historical interests to discover and enjoy. These are the islands that Silversea sails to in the less-visited Lesser Antilles where the big ships cannot go.
Pricing for this voyage is now at the special 55% off Silver Savings Fares starting at just $4443.00 per person, ALL INCLUSIVE, including free coach class air from many US gateways and very favorable business class upgrades! AND $500.00 per person ship board credit. But this will not last – as suites sell, the rates increase and the free air and ship board credit will disappear.
In addition to all the regular activities on board Silversea, this voyage is a designated “Bridge Sailing” and“L’Ecole des Chefs Voyage.” Though guests are welcome to play Bridge on any Silversea cruise, a Bridge Sailing features a formal programme of Contract and Duplicate Bridge, which is supervised by instructors who are certified ACBL (American Contract Bridge League) Life Masters. Bridge Sailing activities are complimentary and guests can enjoy daily Bridge sessions (twice daily on sea days), Bridge lectures for both beginning and intermediate-level players, and even opportunities to earn ACBL Master Points. Silversea supplies all Bridge materials and hosts the programme in a dedicated Card Room on board. L’Ecole des Chefs is a cooking school at sea designed exclusively for Silversea by Relais & Châteaux and hosted by Silversea’s Culinary Trainer, Chef David Bilsland.
As our valued clients, you are automatically enrolled in Virtuoso Voyager Club and will be our special guests for an on board private cocktail party as well as the exclusive shore event. So we invite you to join us on this exciting journey on this very special ship.

Exclusive Virtouoso Voyager Club Shore Experience – Island Sights with lunch at the Sand BarSt. Barth is the Caribbean’s best-protected secret. The Rockefellers and the Rothschilds may think that they discovered this isle, but its lineage extends back more than 500 years. Christopher Columbus first laid eyes upon this paradise in 1493, and named it for his beloved brother, Bartholomew. Then Sweden claimed it. France claimed it. And, until 1878, they both managed to share its beauty. Today, the island’s flavor is decidedly French: sophisticated, elegant, and oh-so Continental.A brief transit of Gustavia, the capital “city,” precedes our exquisite Voyager Club luncheon. The port wraps around a scenic horseshoe bay of still turquoise waters. Although Sweden no longer rules St. Barth, their legacy remains, and is evident in Gustavia’s narrow streets, which are punctuated with quaint wooden and stone buildings (not to mention its name). Here street signs are still posted in both Swedish and French.
You’ll marvel at the lush mountainous terrain. St. Barth was formed from underwater volcanic eruptions eons ago. Its narrow winding roads can be a joy to navigate. We’ll wind our way to lunch along the coastal roads to one if the islands finest venues, The Sand Bar at Eden Rock. The Sand Bar is a beach front restaurant located in the most fashionable hotel in an already fashionable island. In this magnificent setting, you will enjoy cuisine that is both gastronomic and light with its specialties of fish and seafood with Mediterranean flavors. The Sand Bar sits right on the beach, overlooking the beautiful Baie de St Jean.
After lunch guests can have some free time in town before returning to the pier in the afternoon.
